Committee Mission

1.
To assist the Board of Directors in identifying Parking, Traffic, Safety, and/or Security concerns within the Blackstone Homeowners Association.

To explore solutions to those problems, and make educated recommendations to the Board of Directors to resolve concerns that fall within the purview of Parking, Traffic, Safety, and Security.

To ensure the association is current in policy as it relates to Federal, State, and County laws, ordinances, and codes as it relates to fire lanes and fire hydrants.

4.
To monitor criminal activity patterns, security, safety concerns and/or hazards, and seek out solutions to be recommended to the Board of Directors in an effort to mitigate these issues in the most expeditious and logical manner possible.
