Membership

Residents living in the boundaries of the Blackstone Master Association community can sign-up for a Membership Card & website passwords to enjoy exclusive access to our community Clubhouse and website. The Membership Card provides you with access to all of the amenities, free classes and free events that we offer at the Clubhouse. 


Eligibility

All homeowners and tenants who reside in the boundaries of the Blackstone Master Association community are eligible to sign up for a membership card. Minors from 14-17 years of age qualify for a membership card. They cannot sign in at the Clubhouse as guests. Residents 18 years of age and over need to show proof of residence and a photo ID. If you would like Clubhouse access you must have a membership card.

How to Sign Up

Please read the following instructions carefully.  All Members have to complete the required Membership Application & Information Form to apply for a membership card. Tenants are required to provide additional documentation to confirm residency. Please bring copies of these documents to the Clubhouse or email the documents to blackstoneclubhouse.ca@fsresidential.com. After your application and documents have been reviewed and approved a staff member will be happy to process your badge. A photo will be taken of you for our records. The Clubhouse staff can process new Membership cards between 10:00 AM - 8:00 PM, 7 days a week.

    • Minors 14 – 17 years old must be listed on the adult resident’s Membership Application & Information form. The adult resident must be the minor’s legal guardian.

    • Additional people living in the household will have to show proof of residence.

    • Minor Membership Card Disclosure - Must be signed by the minor’s legal guardian (This disclosure is part of the Membership Application & Information Form)

    • Resident minors 14 – 17 years of age holding a membership card may accompany another minor resident if a Consent, Waiver, Release, and Indemnification Agreement has been executed by the child’s parent or legal guardian. Minors fourteen (14) years of age or older may use the Pools and Family Spa without adult supervision only if the Association has received a Consent, Waiver, Release, and Indemnification Agreement executed by the child's parent or legal guardian. 1.6.3.2 Children under the age of fourteen (14) shall not be permitted in the Fitness Center under any circumstances. A minor fourteen (14) years or older will be permitted to use the Fitness Center with adult supervision. A minor fourteen (14) years or older will be permitted to use the Fitness Center without adult supervision provided his or her parent or legal guardian has signed a Consent, Waiver, Release and Indemnification Agreement. The Consent, Waiver, Release and Indemnification Agreement is available from the Association.

    • The Club shall issue special passes (each, a "Nanny Pass") for a nanny or other household staff member who is 18 years or older for purposes of accompanying minors to the Pools and Club Facilities. Only one Nanny Pass is permitted per household; and persons utilizing such Nanny Passes are not permitted to utilize The Club Facilities other than to accompany minors. The Owner, Tenant or Contract Purchaser must obtain a Nanny Pass for the person who is responsible for the children of the household while they are at The Club and shall submit an information sheet to the Association for purposes of obtaining the Nanny Pass. The Association shall set the cost of such a Nanny Pass as a Special Use Fee. The Nanny Pass is nontransferable.

The form is available in a online fillable version that is emailed directly to the Clubhouse Front Desk Staff when you click submit or a downloadable PDF form. PDF forms can be emailed to the staff at blackstoneclubhouse.ca@fsresidential.com or dropped off at the Clubhouse.

Replacement of Lost/Stolen Membership Cards: $25.00
Nanny Pass (One per home & only to be used to bring children to use the facility): $75.00
