Membership Application

All members must complete this form to apply for a membership card. Separate forms are now available for Full Household Applications and Individual Applications. A downloadable PDF version of the form is available on this page below. Forms can be dropped off at the Clubhouse or emailed to blackstoneclubhouse.ca@fsresidential.com.

TENANTS are required to provide additional documentation to confirm residency. Please bring copies of these documents to the Clubhouse or email the documents to blackstoneclubhouse.ca@fsresidential.com.

After your application and documents have been reviewed and approved a staff member will be happy to process your badge. A photo will be taken of you for our records. The Clubhouse staff can process new Membership cards between 10:00 AM - 8:00 PM, 7 days a week. Homeowners will receive an email containing the website password to access the Governing Documents section.
