Clubhouse Reservations
The Club at Blackstone is the perfect location for your next private event! We have spacious indoor and outdoor areas available for members to reserve. If you are interested in reserving space at The Club for your private event, please follow the checklist for making a reservation provided below.
Planning your Event
Our staff will work with you through the entire process and is available to answer any questions. You must be a Member with your HOA dues paid to date before booking any event. Reservations can be made up to 90 days in advance of the date of your private event. We accept reservation requests in the order in which we receive them starting at midnight. A deposit will be required to hold a date. Dates can be held for 72 hours. Security is provided by Blackstone for $30 per hour.

Step #1: Check the Reservation Calendar for availability

Step #3: Once your request has been reviewed, the Clubhouse Management Team will email you a Rental Contract to confirm the availability
Step #4: Sign the Rental Contract then drop off the Clubhouse and pay your deposit

CAN I ARRIVE BEFORE THE SCHEDULED START OF MY RESERVATION?
Unfortunately, reservations cannot begin before their scheduled start time. Guests are unable to enter the Clubhouse, items may not be unloaded and placed inside or outside the Clubhouse, and no set up may begin prior to the reservation either.
CAN I EXTEND THE HOURS OF MY RESERVATION?
If you would like to extend the hours of your reservation, please let us know and we will see if it is possible. Please be aware that we will do what we can to accommodate this request, but nothing can be guaranteed.
CAN I STORE MY BELONGINGS AT THE CLUBHOUSE BEFORE AND/OR AFTER MY RESERVATION?
We ask that no items for the reservation, i.e. food, decorations, etc., be brought to the Clubhouse before the scheduled start time, including refrigerated items. At the end of the reservation, all belongings need to be removed from the Clubhouse. In the event of a pool reservation being scheduled at the same time as a Gathering Room reservation, the pool reservation will be unable to access the fridge and kitchen.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I GO PAST MY SCHEDULED END TIME?
Due to other events, or other time constraints that may exist, reservations are required to be completed by the scheduled end time. If a reservation runs long, fees will be removed from the deposit.
DO I NEED TO BRING MY OWN CLEANING SUPPLIES?
No, there is no need to bring your own cleaning supplies. The Clubhouse provides all of the commonly needed items you will need. If you would like to clarify if something specific is provided, please let us know and we would be happy to let you know.
IS THERE AN OPTION TO PAY FOR JANITORIAL TO CLEAN FOR ME?
As of this time, there is no option to hire janitorial services.
WHAT DO I NEED INSURANCE FOR?
The Clubhouse will need to be provided with insurance if the reservation has alcohol, or an outside vender will be conducting business on the Clubhouse property. Common outside vendors include DJ’s, caterers, and bands. Insurance is not needed if a caterer is dropping off food, then leaving. No food can be cooked on the Clubhouse property.
WHEN WILL I NEED A SECURITY GUARD PRESENT?
A security guard will be required if a reservation intends to serve alcohol with 25 or more adults present, if the reservation is scheduled to end past 9pm, or if the Courtyard is part of the reservation.
HOW MANY CHAIRS AND TABLES DO YOU HAVE?
We currently have four 6’ tables and two 8’tables. Additionally, we have approximately 30 folding chairs. These items do not include what is in the Gathering Room, where we have 8 square tables with four chairs at each table.
Reservation Calendar
This calendar shows clubhouse availability for private events for both indoor and outdoor spaces. Residents may rent the facility spaces for events 7 days a week except on major holidays.
Please review the calendar and the list of standing reservations to determine if the Clubhouse is available on your preferred event date.
Below is a list of standing Committee and Club meetings. The Gathering Room is reserved during these days/times.
