Event Registration System

STEP #1: Add the event tickets to the Shopping Cart.
- Click on the event you want to register for.
- Enter the number of tickets you want to register for and click “Add to Cart”.
- Read the Event Policies, confirm acceptance then click “Add to Cart” again.
STEP #2: Enter Your Information
- Go to your cart (the cart icon is located at bottom of the screen) then click “Checkout” to continue through the registration process. Fill out all required fields.
STEP #3: Confirm Your Event Registration
- To submit your registration, review your information and click “Purchase” under Review & Purchase when you're ready.
If your registration is sucessful you will see a new screen with your Order Number and you will recieve an email confirmation at the email address you provide during check out containing your Order Number.
If you do not receive an email confirmation containing an order number, you have not successfully completed the event registration process.

No Show/Cancellation Policy

If you register for tickets to events but are unable to attend, you must contact the staff at the Clubhouse to cancel your registration within 24 hours of the event. This will allow your ticket(s) to be offered to other residents. If you do not cancel your registration according to this policy, you are considered to be a "no-show" and may be restricted from attending future events.
Registration Policy

ATTENTION:
Registration is now required for ALL events. Our events have a capacity limit monitored and controlled by the online ticketing system. You must successfully register for events online and present your Order Number at the door. We can no longer allow members to simply "show up" to events without registering in advance.
Registration Confirmation

If your registration is successful you will receive an email confirmation at the email address you provide during checkout containing your Order Number.
If you do not receive an email confirmation containing an order number, you have not successfully completed the event registration process.
