Architectural Committee
The Associations Governing documents provide that no exterior modification may be made to a home without first gaining approval from Blackstone’s Architectural Review Committee (ACC). Modifications are any visible permanent or semi-permanent change to the exterior of your home, including landscaping. The Committee serves to help homeowners and residents know, understand, and adhere to the guidelines established for maintaining our community standards. The Committee is responsible for reviewing, approving or denying improvements to the exterior of your property. To apply for approval, you must submit an Architectural Application BEFORE any work commences. Forms are available for you to complete online (below in the Forms & Documents section) or can be obtained by request from the Clubhouse Office.
The Architectural Committee Meets the first Thursday of every month at 5:00 PM in the Clubhouse. Applications for exterior modifications are due by 5:00 PM on the last Thursday of every month and reviewed the first Thursday of the following month by the Architectural Review Committee. Determinations from that meeting are sent to the applicant within 10 days of the meeting occurring.
