Guest Parking Pass Request


Here are some things to know: Blackstone’s new parking pass system no longer requires you to display your pass in the window. Submit a request for a pass 7 days a week from 9:00 AM-8:30 PM. Parking passes submitted after 8:30 PM will not be reviewed until the following day. Residents can obtain a 72-hour parking pass for their guests from the Clubhouse Office once every 7 calendar days. Requests exceeding the 72-hour allotment require additional approval from management and can be requested by contacting blackstoneclubhouse.ca@fsresidential.com or (916) 933-8200.

*Please note that the Clubhouse is closed on major holidays. Parking passes for guests should be requested in advance of a holiday.

GUEST PARKING PASS POLICY
Parking passes are for guest use only. Guest parking on the street is only allowed with a guest parking pass.
Households are limited to a maximum of five (5) passes per calendar month. Each vehicle is limited to three (3) passes per calendar month.
