IMPORTANT: Guest parking will be allowed with a parking pass, owners/resident can obtain a 72 hour parking pass from Management once every 7 calendar days. Longer passes can be obtained with approval from management. Please contact Management at blackstoneclubhouse.ca@fsresidential.com or (916) 933-8200 if you need a parking pass longer then 72 hours. If you enter an end date greater than 72 hours from the start of your variance, your variance will require management approval.
