O) All vehicles, including golf carts, motor-driven cycles, motorized bicycles, mopeds, electric bikes, motorized scooters, children’s motorized toys, etc. must be operated in accordance with all applicable California Department of Motor Vehicle and California Vehicle Code requirements and follow Blackstone Community Rules, including speed limits.
P) Notwithstanding the requirements above, any motorized vehicles may be operated within the Community when used as a “mobility aid” as defined in or implemented by the Americans with Disabilities Act (e.g. electric wheelchair, electric scooter, or other power-driven mobility device).
