Summer Noise Reminder -Please Be Courteous Of Your Neighbors
CC&Rs section 8.03.General Prohibition of Offensive or Hazardous Conduct and Nuisances.
No noxious or offensive activity or trade shall be carried on upon any Lot or Residential Unit, nor shall anything be done or replaced thereon which may be or become a nuisance, or cause unreasonable embarrassment, disturbance or annoyance to other Owners in the enjoyment of their Lots or Residential Units, or in their enjoyment of Common Area. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, excessive barking dogs, excessive loud playing of music and the operation of motorcycles and other vehicles creating excessive noise to the annoyance of residents is prohibited, and continued violations will be reported to the local law enforcement agencies. No activities shall be conducted, nor shall any Improvements be constructed, anywhere on the Property which are or might be unsafe or hazardous. Nothing shall be done or kept on the Property which will increase the rate of insurance on any Lot or Condo without the approval of the Board, nor shall anything be done or kept in the Property which would result in the cancellation of insurance on any Lot or Common Area, or which would be in violation of any law.
