Recreational Vehicle Parking Pass Request


Here are some things to know: Blackstone’s recreational vehicle parking pass system does not require you to display your pass in the window. Submit a request for a pass 7 days a week from 9:00 AM - 8:30 PM online or from 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM in person at the Clubhouse. Parking passes submitted online after 8:30 PM will not be reviewed until the following day. Recreational vehicle parking is only allowed with a Recreational Vehicle Parking Pass. Residents can obtain three, 24-hour recreational vehicle parking passes from the Clubhouse Office. An individual vehicle cannot be issued more than 3 Guest Parking Passes in the same calendar month. Pass requests exceeding the 24-hour allotment require additional approval from Management and can be requested by contacting blackstoneclubhouse.ca@fsresidential.com or (916) 933-8200.

A Recreational Vehicle may be parked within the Blackstone Community for a period not exceeding 24 consecutive hours for the sole purpose of loading and unloading, prior to and following the use of the Recreational Vehicle.  A Recreational Vehicle Parking Pass must be obtained, and all Parking Pass requirements must be adhered to.

*Please note that the Clubhouse is closed on major holidays. Parking Passes for guests should be requested in advance of a holiday.
