1. Homeowners/Residents may request a 24-hour Recreational Vehicle Parking Pass for themselves or their Guests twice every 7 calendar days. *

2. Requests may be submitted online 24-hours a day, 7 days a week by logging into their Blackstone Account at: https://blackstoneedh.com *

i. Recreational Vehicle Parking Pass requests submitted after 8:30PM will not be reviewed until the following day. ii. No Recreational Vehicle Parking Passes will be reviewed or approved on any major holiday.

3. Homeowners/Residents may also obtain a Recreational Vehicle Parking Pass at the Blackstone Clubhouse 7 days a week (excluding major holidays) between the hours of 9:00AM and 9:00PM. *

4. An individual vehicle cannot be issued more than 3 Guest Parking Passes in the same calendar month. *

5. While utilizing a Recreational Vehicle Parking Pass, the Homeowner/Resident must adhere to the following conditions: *

i. RVs must not be parked for longer than 24-consecutive hours ii. RVs are to be parked solely to allow for loading, unloading and brief functionality testing iii. RVs must not be inhabited/lived in while parked iv. RVs must not block any portion of a sidewalk v. RVs must not interfere with roadway traffic flow vi. RVS must not be parked in Fire Lanes at any time vii. Electrical cords and/or hoses must not cross roadways viii. Electrical and/or hoses must not cross sidewalks after sunset ix. Electrical cords and/or hoses that cross sidewalks must be protected/clearly marked so as not to present a trip hazard x. RV slide-outs/awnings/levelers may only be extended for functionality testing and may not be extended for any longer than required for testing xi. RV slide-outs/awnings/levelers must not be extended into sidewalks or roadways such that they interfere with pedestrian movement or vehicular traffic xii. RV parking causing ANY damage to Blackstone property will be the sole financial responsibility of the Homeowner/Resident requesting the RV Parking Pass xiii. RVs defined above must possess current, valid registration and insurance as required

Requests for a Recreational Vehicle Parking Pass exceeding 24 hours (e.g. to accommodate emergency vehicles and emergency conditions) require approval from Blackstone Community Management located at the Blackstone Clubhouse.
