Emergency Response: Who to Call First!

As a friendly reminder, it’s important for all Blackstone residents to understand the proper steps to take when emergencies or urgent situations occur in the community.

If you witness or experience an emergency, such as a fire, medical crisis, suspicious activity, or criminal behavior, please call 911 immediately. The Association is not equipped to act as first responders or emergency personnel and should never be the first point of contact in these situations.

We welcome information after first responders have been contacted so that we are able to answer any concerned calls we receive.

For non-emergency matters that still require law enforcement attention, such as suspicious behavior, noise disturbances, or trespassing, where immediate danger is not present, you may contact the El Dorado County Sheriff’s Office non-emergency line at (530) 621-5655.

If you need to report a non-emergency issue related to the Association, such as common area concerns, CC&R violations, or maintenance issues, you have two convenient options:

  • Submit a complaint or concern online at www.Blackstoneedh.com

  • Email our team directly at BlackstoneClubhouse.CA@fsresidential.com

  • Call the Clubhouse at (916) 933-8200

While the Association is here to help maintain the community, contacting the Community Management Team for an emergency can create delays in the appropriate parties being contacted. Ensuring your safety and the safety of your neighbors means knowing who to call and when, and we appreciate your partnership in keeping Blackstone safe and well-maintained.

If you have questions about this process or need help determining who to contact for a specific concern, feel free to reach out. We're always happy to assist.
