Seasonal Lighting Guideline Reminders
Decorative Seasonal Lighting Owners may install and operate decorative seasonal lighting (e.g., String lights, icicle lights, net lights, rope lights, seasonal light show projectors, pathway lights, etc.) by attaching it to their residence or placing it on the Lot as appropriate for the lighting used. Decorative seasonal lighting may be installed and operated without ARC approval five weeks before a holiday and two weeks after. All such lighting shall be removed from the Lot during all other times of the year. Any other decorative lighting is deemed an architectural improvement and requires the submittal of an application for ARC review and approval.
