ARC Deposit Announcement
As part of our ongoing effort to ensure smooth, timely, and well-documented home improvement projects within the community, a new Architectural Review refundable deposit requirement will go into effect starting January 1, 2026.
What’s Changing?
Beginning in 2026, all Architectural Applications must be submitted with a $200 refundable deposit. This deposit will be held by the Association until the project is completed.The deposit will not be cashed unless the project is approved by the ARC. If the project is not approved, the deposit will be returned immediately.
Why a Deposit?
This new process is intended to help encourage homeowners to complete projects within the approved timelines, ensure proper follow through on ARC requirements, maintain consistent architectural standards throughout the community, and reduce the number of open or incomplete project files. By requiring a refundable deposit, the ARC can better ensure that projects follow the approved plans and remain in compliance with community guidelines.
