2025 HOA Assessment Amount Change
The 2025 Budget Package hs been mailed to the membership following the Board’s adoption of the Budget at the September Open Session Meeting. The Budget Package details the assessment rates (dues) that will be effective January 1, 2025.
New Membership Access Control System
Blackstone is transitioning to a new and improved membership access system.
October Pool Closure
With another beautiful summer coming to an end, so begins the project of bringing the Blackstone Community a beautiful new pool area! Starting Monday, October 2nd, the entire pool area will be closed for demolition.
