Committee Purpose
The purpose of the Halloween Event Committee is to plan, organize, and execute a fun, safe, and inclusive annual Halloween event for the residents of Blackstone. This event aims to foster community spirit, encourage neighborly interactions, and provide entertainment for residents of all ages. The committee plans and provide recommendations to the Board of Directors, who holds the ultimate authority over approval of actions.

We need Volunteers!
The overall success of the Blackstone Halloween Extravaganza heavily depends on the dedication and enthusiasm of our volunteers. We invite you to sign up to take part as a Construction Volunteer or an Event Volunteer, contributing your time and skills to help make this event memorable for everyone in our community.

Dates:
Day #1: October 24, 2025 (VIP Night-Members only)
Day #2: October 25, 2025 (Members & Invited Guests)
Day #3: October 30, 2025 (Members & Invited Guests)
Day #4: October 31, 2025 (Members & Invited Guests)
Volunteer Roles Needed:
Construction, decorating and paint (before event)
Volunteers to host their lawns as a scavenger hunt location, must be in an ungated section of the community (before event)
Station Crews for Raffle, Registration, etc. (during event)
Actors (during event)
Reserve Crews for General Work (during event)
Deconstruction (after event)
