Gate Survey

The below survey is for the residents living in the gated sections of Blackstone.
The Board is seeking feedback on the possibility of keeping the gates open during daytime peak hours, generally 6 AM- 9 AM and 4PM - 7 PM.  This year so far we have spent $32,270 on gate maintenance and $41,482 on gate repairs. Allowing the gates to remain open for specific periods of time would greatly reduce costs, as many of the components that require repair or replacement are wearing out due to the high number of daily openings and closings.
