2023 ASSESSMENT RATES
Master Cost Center Assessment Rate 2023 – $129.50
Gate Cost Center Assessment Rate 2023 – $17.00
Landscape 5B Assessment Rate 2023 – $14.00
Master Assessment - The monthly Master Cost Center Assessment will remain at $129.50 per month for the next fiscal year.
Gate Assessment – Gated Neighborhoods, the monthly Gate Cost Center Assessment will increase to $17.00 per month for the next fiscal year. The Gate Cost Center Assessment that is paid by residents who live in gated villages is increasing from $9.25 per month to $17.00 per month. This increase will allow the cost center to improve its funding levels toward major component repairs, address inflation, material cost increases, labor cost increases, improvements to the gates, and addresses funding for required county code updates. This is a $93 increase for each individual resident behind the gates overall for 2023.
Landscape 5B Maintenance Fee - Lots in Solstice Village 5B, the monthly Landscape Cost Center Assessment will increase to $14.00 per month for the next fiscal year. The Landscape 5B Cost Center Assessment that is paid by residents in Village 5B surrounding the common area landscape is increasing from $11.00 to $14.00 to address inflation, material cost increases, labor cost increases, to fund landscape and mulch replacement, and irrigation component replacements. This is a $36 increase for each individual resident paying 5B overall for 2023.
If your home is currently paying the Assessments for the Gate and the Landscape 5B Cost Centers, and you are using automatic bill pay, please be sure to update your bill pay in December to reflect the appropriate assessment amount for 2023.
Please note that the mailing address for residents who pay their assessments by check changed in 2022. Announcements were sent out in anticipation of this address change and the mail forwarding from the prior bank lock box has now expired. If you are using Bill Pay through your bank, please verify the the mailing address is current and matches the following:
