This form will help you in setting a reserved date and time for use of the Clubhouse Gathering Room for your group to meet. This applicated form must be turned in to the Association’s General Manager at least two weeks prior to a scheduled Open Session Board Meeting so that it may be presented to the Board for review. The Board meets in Open Session on the third Wednesday of January, March, May, July, and September of every year.

All Clubs are independent organizations and are not affiliated with, managed by, or sponsored by the Blackstone Community Association (the “Association”). The Association may provide the use of the Blackstone Clubhouse as a venue for the club's activities pending Board approval, as well as advertising space in the community newsletter and website for informational purposes.

It is important to note that all aspects of the club’s operation, including its management, organization, finances, activities, and any associated risks, are solely the responsibility of the club and its members. The Association does not oversee or control the club’s activities, does not provide funding, and assumes no liability for any matters arising from the club's operations.

By participating in a Club or its activities, you acknowledge that the Association is not responsible for any claims, damages, or issues resulting from your involvement.

If your Club Application is approved by the Board, then your Club will be added to the Community Calendar online and shared monthly in the Newsletter.

As an approved Club, we offer a drafted flyer for the club to use if they wish and will display the flyer in the Blackstone Clubhouse.
