Cardio Aquacise is a water workout which has a higher level of cardio for the individual who wants an alternative training method. Utilizing water for low-impact resistance training is a great way to tone your body and increase your cardiovascular capability.
Classes are held on Tuesday and Thursday from 9:00 am-10:00 am

$65.00 for 10 classes
$8.00 for one drop in class
