Join Us for an Educational Budget Review Session
In the interest of transparency, education, and communication, the association invites all members to attend an in-person budget review session on Wednesday, January 14th at 5:30 p.m. at the Clubhouse. During this session, Management will present a detailed breakdown of the Association’s operating and reserve budgets, explaining each component of maintenance and funding down to the dollar. This is an opportunity for members to better understand how assessments are allocated and how funds are planned to support the ongoing care and long-term sustainability of the community.

Space is limited. Tickets are per person (not per household). Please be sure to select the total number of tickets you are registering for.
No-Show/Cancellation Policy
If you register for tickets to this event but are unable to attend, you must contact the staff at the Clubhouse to cancel your registration within 24 hours of the event. This will allow your ticket(s) to be offered to other residents. If you do not cancel your registration according to this policy, you are considered to be a "no-show" and may be restricted from attending future events.
