Home Improvement Request Application
Applications, accompanied by a $200 refundable deposit, should be submitted at least 60 days before any activity begins.
No on-site activity may begin prior to receiving ARC approval. Provide one copy of a Plan; Show the locations of all existing structures (residence, fences, sidewalks, etc.), property lines and all planned improvements and the distances between them. For initial installation of irrigation systems, provide a copy of the EID approval letter.
