This is the Blackstone Master Association Board of Director’s process for complaints to be addressed. This form must be electronically signed and dated by the complainant to be submitted and processed. Please use this form to report a CC&R violation directly to the Blackstone Board of Directors. If you have a photo of the complaint/violation, please upload the photo using the File Upload field in the form or email the photo to Kevin.Stagnaro@fsresidential.com.
